How much are the shipping costs?

Austria: 5,50€ - free shipping from 39€

Germany & Switzerland: 9,90€ - free shipping from 39€

Which delivery service will deliver my order?

We deliver exclusively using the environmentally friendly, CO2-neutral service of the Austrian Post.

How long does it take to deliver my Bamboogroove products?

We deliver throughout Austria in 2-3 working days and to Germany in 3-4 working days.

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

Yes, shipping to a packing station is also possible.

How can I track my order?

Simply enter your tracking number, which was sent to you by email, on the Austrian Post homepage. You can also follow this link to go directly to the Austrian Post website.

Which countries can I have Bamboogroove products delivered to?

We deliver to customers in Austria and Germany. Please note that higher transport costs apply for deliveries outside Austria.

How much does my delivery cost outside the DACH region?

We currently do not offer deliveries outside of Austria or Germany.

Which methods can I use to pay?

You can choose between the following options:

    • Credit cards (VISA Card, American Express, MasterCard)
    • Paypal
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
    • Instant bank transfer

How do I get my bill?

The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you provided after the successful payment process.

Is VAT already included in the final amount?

Yes, the value added tax (VAT) is calculated separately on the invoice and is already included in the final price of your order.

As a B2B dealer, can I order from Bamboogroove without VAT?

Yes, as long as you have a valid UID number, you can contact us using our B2B contact form.

Can I pay for my order in installments?

No, we do not offer the installment payment option at the moment.

Return & Refund:

My item was damaged during shipping. What can I do?

To avoid such incidents in the future, please contact our customer service . We will find a solution to your problem as quickly as possible.

Can I return items?

Yes, provided all of the following criteria apply:

  1. the item must be in its original packaging
  2. the item must be unused
  3. The item must be returned by you within 30 days

If everything applies, the full purchase price of the item will be refunded to you after we receive your return. Please note that items that have already been used cannot be returned.

Please also avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If available, please use protective packaging, for example an old shoe box or our packaging, to send the goods back to us without any transport damage. Please also do not forget to post the goods using the enclosed return sticker.

How do I get my money back?

You will be refunded the full amount of the item in the same way as you chose, depending on your individual payment method.

Vouchers & discount codes:

How can I redeem my voucher?

Vouchers can be entered directly during the payment process.

Can I redeem my voucher afterwards?

It is not possible to redeem a voucher after the order process has been completed.

Can I cash out the value of my voucher?

No, but vouchers can be applied to your order with a minimum order value of 20€.

My voucher code doesn't work, what could be the reason for this?

In principle, vouchers can only be used for a minimum order value (excluding shipping costs) of €20. This may also be because the voucher code has already been used and is therefore invalid, or the period for which the code was valid has already expired.

At the bottom of every email you receive from us there is a link that says "Unsubscribe from this newsletter". This is where you can easily remove yourself from our email list. We look forward to your feedback on what we can improve or what you didn't like about it.
