Shipping & Returns

Shipment:

We offer reliable and fast shipping for all our products. Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day after receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination and are usually 2-3 business days within Austria. The standard delivery time for Germany is 3-4 business days. Please note that depending on the product, the delivery time may also be longer. If this is the case, you will be informed of this during checkout.

Shipping partner:

We work with well-known shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Our shipping partner is the Austrian Post.

Return shipping:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if there is a problem or dissatisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You have the right to return the order within 14 days of receiving the goods and request a refund or exchange. Please note that the goods must be in an unused and undamaged condition and should be returned in the original packaging.

How does the return work?

1. Please contact our customer service atbamboogroove@lupo-operating.at to register your return and receive further instructions.
2. Pack the goods securely and enclose a copy of your invoice or delivery note.
3. Send the goods to the specified return address.
4. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the goods, depending on your preference.

Important instructions:

• Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.
• Please note that certain items, such as personalized or hygienic products, may not be returnable. This will be clearly stated in the product descriptions.

At Bamboogroove, we care deeply about the environment. We firmly believe that each of us can play a part in protecting our planet. That's why we are committed to using only environmentally friendly shipping materials that are kind to our planet.

100% recycled cardboard (FEFCO code 0201)

Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard with the FEFCO code 0201. This means that we do not cut down any new trees to produce packaging material. Instead, we rely on sustainable resources and actively contribute to reducing waste and environmental impact.

Plastic-free parcel tape with natural adhesive strips

We go one step further to avoid plastic waste. Our parcel tape does not contain any plastic - instead we use paper packing tape with an adhesive strip made of natural rubber. This tape is just as effective as conventional adhesive tape, but more environmentally friendly and biodegradable.

Certified filling material with the Blue Angel

Our filling material is not only recycled, but also certified. It is made from recycled paper and proudly bears the Blue Angel certificate. This seal guarantees that our filling material meets strict environmental standards and is produced sustainably.
